Rates quoted on this website are in Australian Dollar currency and are subject to change at any time. Rates are inclusive of GST where applicable.)

Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom fully self contained apartments can accommodate up to 6 persons (includes infants).

Whilst we normally offer Saturday-Saturday weekly rentals, if you would like a shorter stay (minimum 3 nights) contact us as we may be able to assist you in the quieter seasons - rates for shorter stays start from $150 per night.

Weekly Apartment Servicing, no daily service is available.

PEAK SEASON July-October Inclusive + any school holiday dates (all states)

1-4 persons $1050.00 per week (Saturday-Saturday)

5 persons $1085.00 per week (Saturday-Saturday)

6 persons $1120.00 per week (Saturday- Saturday)

LOW SEASON November-June Inclusive, excluding any school holiday dates (all states)

1-4 persons $896.00 per week (Saturday-Saturday)

5 persons $917.00 per week (Saturday-Saturday)

6 persons $938.00 per week (Saturday- Saturday)

Rental Booking Terms & Conditions

Arrival & Departure
Guaranteed check in time for rental bookings: 2pm
Check out time: 10am. Late checkout is not available.

Deposit
A deposit of $150.00 per apartment or the total booking value (whichever is the lower) must be received immediately by credit card to confirm the booking. Payment of this deposit will indicate acceptance of these booking conditions. If deposit is not received by the due date, your booking will be cancelled.

Final Payment & accepted Payment Options
Standard Payments accepted include credit cards (Visa / Mastercard), Eftpos and cash. Personal/ bank cheques or money orders not accepted. Funds transfer directly in to our bank account an option-discuss with the resort.

Cancellation Terms and Charges
90% of deposit refunded if we are advised of cancellation within 22 days prior check-in date. No part of deposit refunded if cancelled after less than 22 days prior to check-in date.

Refunds can only be processed back to the credit card that was used to pay for the booking. All other refunds will be paid via cheque or direct deposit only.

Refund processing may take up to ten (10) business days.

Occupancy
Rental prices quoted are based on the number of adults & children requested at time of booking and booking confirmation. Increase occupancy will increase the nightly rate. Requests for occupancy to exceed six (6) persons irrespective of age (i.e. includes infants) cannot be granted.

Special Requests
Whilst we attempt to satisfy all special requests, we are unable to provide a guarantee.

Smoking policy
Island Palms’ apartments, pool & BBQ areas are Non-Smoking. Smoking is permitted on apartment balconies if the balcony door is kept closed to stop smoke entering the apartment.

Pets & Animals
No pets/animals permitted (excludes animals within the meaning of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 of the Commonwealth)
